Senior Customer Account Executive

Chocoholic Stephen changed his original career from Film and Video production to Customer Service and Sales at Jan Cavelle where a variety of roles have given him a clear understanding of customers' needs. He is still a massive film buff and works it all off having a good boogie at a weekend.

Danni Norton

Customer Account Executive

Danni who describes herself as a complete socialite applies her BA Honours in Textiles here at Jan Cavelle, showing a knowledge and great interest into product and interior design. In her spare time she enjoys photography, party planning and entertaining.

Karl Thackham

Marketing Co-ordinator & PA to MD

Karl worked at a law firm before he came to us. An enthusiastic member of the team, he prides himself on his organisation, honesty and integrity. He gives 100% to everything he tries and his overall ambition is to be successful. Karl is always improving and learning new languages, he plays football and is always watching his team - Leeds United.

Mel Jones

Logistics & Customer Services Manager

Mel has had many years of experience in administration departments and holds a high standard of customer service skills. Mel's enjoys shopping and socialising. She has a penchant for Peanut Butter M&M's and tends to bite her nails if nervous. An inherent ability for customer service and administration, Mel is perfectly suited to her job.

Theo Evans

Production Administrator

Theo has had a varied employment background in furniture design and manufacturing. Theo is perfect for his job role as his qualities include hard worker and creative thinker. Theo enjoys playing football, watching movies and unfortunately watching Man Utd. His secret vice is a bacon and egg sandwich .

TONY RAWLINSON

Senior Cabinet Maker

Versatile Tony is a mean sprayer when prized away from his cabinet making. At other times of day he can be found growing his own veg or making real ale with the occasional long sleep after imbibing both.

Ed Ford

Team Leader

Ed used to be a full time carpenter before becoming self employed for the past 3 years. Ed lives with his partner and child. He has a penchant for cricket especially playing. His biggest ambition is to do well within the company, improve his trade and rise in rank.

JAMES BURROWS

Machinist

James was originally a groundworker, but decided to have a change and is now a machinist in our woodwork department. James who hates daytime TV describes himself as enthusiastic with the ability to work as part of the team or on his own. When not at work James likes to spend time playing sports and spending time with his little boy and fiance.

Casey Blain

Cabinet Maker

Casey comes from Australia, he is a skilled cabinet maker and has a real eye for detail. Casey has had previous experience as a joiner before working for us. Casey is a laid back guy with a penchant for travelling and a secret love of vegemite. His pet hate is the English Cricket Team and rude people.

VIADOTAS RASMUS

Cabinet Maker

Viadotas - or Bill as we know him is admired for his hard work and speed in assembly. Originally from Lithuania, he and his family have been settled in Britain for a while and his wife Irena cleans for the company as well. He is a big sports fan.

SHAUN GRAY

Trainee Cabinet Maker

Shaun comes from a background in woodwork, and prides himself on being a hard worker who is always on time. When not at work Shaun likes to spend his time playing football, fishing or spending time with his partner Hollie. Shaun is not a fan of the cold or smoking, which luckily for him means he can spend his breaks in the nice warm tea rooms here.

Antony Cozzi

Trainee Cabinet Maker

Antony has had a very hands on focused employment background from building sites to mechanic work. Antony is a fast problem solver and has the ability to learn quickly. Being a humble guy he loves helping out other people and will always listen to what they say. Antony dislikes liars and would love nothing more than to spend his time with his two sons, watching them grow.

Stephen Frisby

Team Leader & Quality Control Sprayshop

Steve has a wealth of high end spraying knowledge and joins us as a quality controller and team leader. When not picking up every little detail he enjoys playing the saxaphone and running. Steve is a real family man and loves spending time with his family and cooking.

Ben Staples

Relief Sprayer & Sander

Ben has had a diverse career background - from working in a nursing home to being a bricklayer, we hope he has found his favoured profession in spraying. Ben loves football and his dogs, a very sociable guy with ambitions to work up the company.

Adrian Petropavlovski

Relief Sprayer / Sander

Adrian made kitchens in his native România and being keen to improve all his furniture skills is now learning to spray. He relaxes with computer games, action movies and classical music and is passionate about improving his knowledge of all things furniture related.

Michael Backler

Sprayer

Secret Discovery Channel lover Michael returns to us after a brief period away from the company, and therefore brings to the role years of experience in furniture finishing. He describes himself as a hard worker and good listener, although has a tendancy to worry to much about everything. In his spare time Michael likes to spend time with his wife and daughter, walking the dogs and playing on his Playstation.

Marcel Austin

Relief Sprayer

Marcel brings a varied background of woodwork and spraying to his role here at the company. He describes his strengths as a hard worker, and his weaknesses that he can sometimes try to hard. In his spare time Marcel enjoys football, keeping fit and secretly enjoys playing on the X Box. He dislikes the state of the world and politicians with empty promises.

Michael Cooper

Michael is a hard worker, and very enthusiastic within his role. Michael shows great focus to work under pressure and has a high level of commitment. When not working Michael enjoys playing sports and spending time with his family. One day he would love to build his own house.
