and that’s official! 

We were jubilant after victory at the British Institute of
Sales and Marketing Awards. It was a real case of David
and Goliath with our small family company pushing giants
like Vodafone and Royal Mail, into the position of joint runners
up in the Customer Service Team category.

These prestigious National Awards were presented at an
Oscar like ceremony at the Royal Lancaster Hotel on Hyde Park.
Being a close knit team, most of us went along for the fun,
not really expecting to win!

Jan said after the awards:  “I am just so proud of my
fantastic team;  what an incredible, against all the odds,
victory!  Nothing could give me more pleasure than seeing
my truly fabulous, outstanding staff achieve recognition. 
It is particularly special for us as the company bases its entire
ethos on servicing the needs of our customers”.

As you will see from the rest of this website and our catalogues,

range of furniture, complex or simple as well as bespoke pieces
or large runs for the contract market.  “It has been a challenge”
says Jan “to maintain the very high level of personal service and commitment as we have grown into a larger commercial
